OUR Dessert

I came out here to Arizona City not expecting to like it, let alone love it. The open space is a dream! To be able to go out to the dessert that's just in our backyard is so much fun, I know my boys have loved it! We were fortunete to have a get a quad when we moved out here and have had many romantic, fun rides off into the dessert. :) The Other day Brent wanted to see if he could find any shells he could use to reload ammo. Each of them, as you can see, had their own little bucket or basket and had a great time, even though it was probably 95 degrees out, following daddys lead finding shells.

It was so cute to watch who they love to be like Brent! Mason was especially funny to watch as he carried his bucket around like a purse with bent elbow and all. He would find something, bend over and practically spill all that he previously had in his bucket to add another treasure to his lot. He would wonder far from us with no worries in the world.

Porter was great at picking out just the right ones and matching the colors and types that he found. He just loves showing Mason how to do things. Many times I will tell Porter to "show" Mason how to eat something or do something that I really want Porter to do, just so he'll do it. I'm pretty sneaky, watch out!
